What do we anticipate harvesting this year? – Remember all our produce is grown without the use of chemical fertilizers and pest controls. (It‘s a lot harder, but worth it).

A Word About Our Maple Syrup

Black Creek Farm produces our own maple syrup from the sugar maple trees on the farm.  

The sap is hand-harvested in traditional buckets. The sap is slowly and carefully reduced in small batches to preserve the unique quality of the maple syrup we produce.Then our maple syrup is bottled in clear glass so you can see the quality for yourself.

Like fine wine, every vintage year has it’s own unique flavors and character. And over the course of every season, the color of our syrup shifts from its initial golden hue to a dark molasses appearance.  All three color grades have their own unique qualities.

Our Golden has a delicate taste and mild maple flavor. It is our sweetest.    
Our Amber has a rich taste of maple flavor. The classic taste – only better.
Our Dark has a robust taste and maple flavor that many prefer.

All grades are available in 8 ounce and 12 ounce bottles at $8 and $12 each.

Our 2022 vintage will be available for sale beginning June 1.
